November 6 Senate and House elections in the United States both give majorities to the Republicans ( the cause is mostly related to the Truman administration policy related to Germany in the past which caused the democrats to loss the majority in the Senate and House ).

November 9 After many low level diplomatic talks the German empire and the Soviet Union come to a agreement to resume full diplomatic relations with each other to allow better communications both on the diplomatic and military front wile also agreeing to hold the third conference in the kingdom of Romania capitol of Bucharest which is the first time that a conference is held in a none neutral country ( the Bucharest conference will focus on the military situation on the east front as both sides still have millions of men facing each other and therefore the German empire and the Soviet Union want to resolve that before the real peace talks begin ).

November 14 Forces belonging to the Imperial Iranian Army backed by the US Military Iran Advisory Group air force are given permission by the kingdom of Iraq government to move in some cases 5 miles into Iraq to create a buffer zone which is created to prevent Kurdish forces in south Iraq from moving into Iran , the Turks however refuse as the believe that the have secured their border with Iran when enough and warn that any incursion by Iran will be dealt whit force ( with the Kurdish uprising becoming a lost case for the Kurds try to get out of the areas the previous control in order to get away from the Turks and Soviet forces in Turkey ore the British lead Iraqforce in Iraq , the Syrian republic also has closed borders with the kingdom of Iraq backed by a French Foreign Regiment who jobs it is to help protecting the Syrian/Turkish border and sins recently has station several French Air Force fighters , transport and reconnaissance squadrons in the republic as the Syrian republic has not yet gut its one air force ).

November 16 Prime minister Churchill announces that United Kingdom is going to discuss with the Indian National Congress and the All India Muslim League matters related to independence for India.

November 17 The Indian National Congress and the All India Muslim League tell their members that the are to spread the word that the British have caved in and discussion to give India its independence are going to begin and therefore the demonstrations can end for the moment as the have achieved their desired effect ( neither the Indian National Congress ore the All India Muslim League leaders now that the demonstrations where a minor factor but that the United States is the one that forced the United Kingdom to begin these talks as it feared that unrest in India could hurt the war against Japan ).

November 19 The last demonstration ends and the people in British India go back to their normal lives with the feeling that the have won the struggle and the United Kingdom is now forced to really discuses a independent India and not as previous delay it until Japan is defeated. On the third day of Operation big wheel the Australian and US army forces face no major resistance at all from the Japanese as the have redrawn deep in the New Guinea jungle.

November 21 In the Independent state of Serbia members of a partisan forces attack a town garrisoned by the Rural State Guard in order to get food and weapons , several hours latter the partisan forces are driven back by the Serbian Home Defense Guard and forces belonging to the German Armeeabteilung Serbien ( these kind of attacks by Partisan forces in the Independent state of Serbia and the kingdom of Croatia happen on a regular basis as the Partisans struggle to get food and weapons to fight the Croatians , Serbians , Italians and German forces as their support with the local populations who are tired of fighting is dwindling each day , the Germans with the cease fire have deployed more divisions to the Independent state of Serbia ).

November 23 Whit Operation big wheel entering its six day many high rank officers of the Allied South West Pacific Area command begin to wonder why many of the landings on occupied Australian and Netherlands New Guinea are don with out major resistance from the Japanese , even on the frontlines who where quit for long time on New Guinea the resistance by Imperial Japanese forces is not strong except some pockets of die hard units of the Imperial Japanese army who are quickly defeated by the massive firepower the allies have at their disposal.
A Vietnamese riot in Haiphong erupts in clashes with troops belonging to the French Indochina Expeditionary Corps which results in the French south Chinese Fleet naval vessels including the cruiser Marseillaise to open fire on the city ( ( the city of Haiphong is the main naval base of the French south Chinese Fleet in French Indochina and therefore the fleet is able to support the French Indochina Expeditionary Corps who are used around French Indochina for garrison duty’s ).

November 25 US army Military Intelligence Service Office personal who after interrogating Imperial Japanese army soldiers captured alive during Operation big wheel get some answers in why there is so little resistance from a Imperial Japanese force which still numbers 100,000 on New Guinea , their findings are that many of the Imperial Japanese army forces on the island are to weak to engage as the had no supplies from Japan over 2 years , orders from the Imperial General Headquarters have not bin received for more then a year du the leak of working radio equipment , many of the soldiers are weak du disease ore lake of food , latter this information is sent to Allied Commander South West Pacific Area General Douglas MacArthur.
After two days of shelling by ships of the French south Chinese Fleet and the French Indochina Expeditionary Corps battling in the city results in the dead of 2,000 Vietnamese people in the city of Haiphong forcing Ho Chi Minh and his Viet Minh forces to retreat into the jungle.

part 33 1946

October 4 The United States Secretary of State James F. Byrnes in the French city of Strasbourg tells the foreign minister of the Netherlands , Belgium , Luxemburg , French republic , Great Britain and Norway that the United States will keep troops true the Allied Force European mainland Theatre organization in the Benelux , French republic and Great Britain indefinitely and to increase aid to those nations true the United States Relief and Rehabilitation Agency.

Byrnes arrives in Copenhagen to meet with the Danish prime minister Knud Kristensen where he assures the Danish prime minister that despite a agreement in the Zurich peace deal the United States will not abandon Denmark and offers to a mutual defense Treaty between the United States and Denmark.

October 7 After a long siege the Japanese imperial army in Macau surrenders as the are no longer able to resistance the combined Chinese forces laying siege to the city , latter in the day the Portuguese Expeditionary Force which was deployed with the Chinese forces raises the Portuguese flag over a ruined city that held out for more then 10 months against a combined Chinese forces and daily air raid by the USAAF and Republic of China Air Force ( ROCAF ) with this the only city still occupied in west china is the British colony of Hong Kong which after 10 months siege is in the hands of the Japanese and Hainan island which also is surrounded and being pounded by naval ships of the US , French and British and hit by daily air attacks from bombers part of the USAAF XX Bomber Command ( with the west china campaign most over except Hong Kong and Hainan island enables the Chinese nationalist and communist to move into the Japanese puppet state of Manchuria but the rivalry between the Chinese nationalist and communist over who get future control over Manchuria and the US occupied island of Formosa which is still lead by military governor Patton has is heating up splitting them given the Japanese Imperial army and the Manchukuo Imperial army time to build their defenses as the don’t have to fear a invasion by the Soviet Union ).

October 8 In Copenhagen the Secretary of State James F. Byrnes and prime minister Knud Kristensen sign the mutual defense treaty between the United States and Denmark ( the Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security between the United States and Denmark is a treaty and dos not fall under the agreement made in the Zurich peace deal which stats that Denmark is to remain neutral and will not become a member of any alliance or organization as this is a agreement between two nations , the mutual defense treaty enables Denmark to receive military supplies , guarantee of the independence for the kingdom of Denmark and training of their armed forces ).

October 9 A day after signing the mutual defense treaty between the United States and Denmark the Provisional Government of the German empire sends a formal protest to the United States Ambassador to Germany as the consider this a violation of the Zurich peace deal ( the Provisional Government of the German empire decided only to send a formal protest to the United States as it has acted as a mediator in the peace talks and probably will in the future and therefore have decided not to make much fuss of this Treaty in order not to jeopardize the peace talks and cease fire , this also show that the Zurich peace deal is no longer working as the United States has begun to bend the treaty to their advantages and many voices in the United States still wonder why this deal was signed in the first place which also came up in a private conversation during the Soviet-German-United States conference in July of this year between Chancellor Ludwig Beck and president Truman where the discuses it as both sides are wiling to make a new treaty which can replace the Zurich peace deal but problems that can arise in both country prevent them from doing so at this time ).

October 13 France adopts the constitution of the Fourth Republic.

October 14 The Supreme Command of the imperial Armed Forces /Oberkommando der kaiserliche Streitkräfte ( OKS ) orders that soldiers of the Reichsheer station on the east front are not to make contact with Soviet soldiers as reports have come in that with the cease fire soldiers of both side have begun taking with each other arose the still silent east front ( Field marshal Rommel who is still the Commander of all German Forces in the East/ Kommandant von Allen deutschen Kräften im Osten ( Kom Ost ) is using the cease fire to rearm his forces and making other preparations in case the war might resume and has received orders from the OKS to remain on his guard for a possible sneak attack by the Soviets ore in case the cease fire is broken ).

October 15 With the planning stage of operation Big wheel behind them the buildup begins as Australian Army and US army forces begin to amass in Queensland Australia wile the territories of Australian controlled territory of New Guinea , Australian administrated territory of Papua and Netherlands New Guinea which are under control of allied forces begin to receive reinforcements in preparation of operation Big wheel.

October 18 Onboard the Royal Indian Navy ship HMIS Hindustan laying in Karachi in British India a mutiny breaks out as sailors aboard protest against the general conditions the live in ( the Royal Indian Navy mutiny of OTL did not happen until now du many different in this timeline ). Heavy air raids against Japanese pockets still in New Guinea by Dutch ML-KNIL and RAAF bombers based in Timor and from many airfields used by the RAAF and USAAF in north Australia and Queensland continuo and increase in preparation of operation Big wheel wile reconnaissance missions begin to gather information needed for the operation.

October 19 The mutiny which began on HMIS Hindustan spreads as Castle and Fort Barracks in Bombay join the mutiny when rumors (which are untrue) are spread that HMIS Talwar's a Royal Indian Navy ship that joined HMIS Hindustan was fired upon , latter in the day the mutiny spread to Bombay, Karachi, Cochin and Vizag.

October 20 Two day after a mutiny broke out on HMIS Hindustan it has spread and now involves sloops, minesweepers and shore establishments arose British India wile some of the mutineers begin demanding the independence for India as the British only want to give independence to India when Japan has bin defeated.

October 21 1000 Royal Indian Air Force men from the Marine Drive and Andheri Camps join the Royal Indian Navy mutineers wile prime minister Churchill orders the Royal Navy to put down the revolt.
In Queensland in Australia four US and Australian army divisions have gather which will land in areas still occupied in Netherlands New Guinea wile in Dutch Timor the 1st Marine brigade of the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps is also waiting to join in the landing in occupied Netherlands New Guinea , a KNIL army regiment is deployed in Hollandia ,Netherlands New Guinea where it replace a US army garrison so it can be available for operation Big wheel will ships of the Dutch East Indies Squadron under the recently arrived flagship HNLMS Jacob van Heemskerck begin to prepare for the biggest operation on New Guinea to date.

October 22 A RAF squadron mad op of bombers fly low over Bombay harbor in a show of force wile British Destroyers begin to sail from Trincomalee in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) , wile this is happening the mutineers are joined by people on the streets across British India demanding independence now instead for Great Britain promise to give independence to India when Japan has bin defeated ( the reason why the mutineers began to revolt has bin pushed to the background as the call for independence has taken over and many of the mutineers want a independent India as well ).
The Colossus class aircraft carrier formerly HMS Ocean and now named the Joffre is commissioned in to Marine Nationale service where it will become the French navy second carrier operational and with the carrier Arromanches deployed in the south Chinese Fleet the only French carrier operating with the French Mediterranean Fleet as the Italian Regia Marina only carrier the RN Aquila is ending its sea and carrier trails in the Adriatic Sea (with this the French have two carrier and one pending wile Italy has one in service and one still being build and another pending ).

October 23 With the Royal Air Force power demonstration not working the 2nd Battalion of the Black Watch is called from their barracks with their first priority is to end the mutiny on Manora Island , believing resistance from Indian naval mutineers the soldier of the Battalion are surprised as the mutineers surrender to them with out a fight and by the morning the soldiers of the 2nd Battalion of the Black Watch have secured the island ( many of the mutineers only wanted to protest and therefore did not fire on British soldiers when the landed on Manora Island ).
Even with the peace talks on hold for the moth the diplomats of the German empire and the Soviet Union continuo to disuse matters related to a future peace deal and with both side getting comfortable with the current cease fire there still remains mistrust between them witch was shown when the Supreme Command of the imperial Armed Forces /Oberkommando der kaiserliche Streitkräfte ( OKS ) ordered that no German soldier on the front was to communicate with their Soviet counterparts in fear of getting to relax as they believes that as long as there is no permanent peace deal the have to be on guard in case the soviet-central alliance war/Eastern war erupts again.

October 24 Six day after a mutiny which began on HMIS Hindustan the British royal artillery arrive on the island to target the ship which began the mutiny , after a ultimatum was delivered to the mutineers aboard HMIS Hindustan ,which after several hours went without a reply from the ship a order was given to open fire which ended with extensive damage done to HMIS Hindustan superstructure , this event happen across Manora island and across British India as British soldiers retook ships and shore establishments ending the Royal Indian Navy mutiny , but with the Royal Indian Navy mutiny over the demonstrations against the British rule in India continuous across British India ( the Royal Indian Navy mutiny shows the British that the can no longer relay on the royal Indian armed forces as much to help them in the war against the Japanese empire and that in the future the royal Indian armed forces can not be relied upon to support counter-insurgency operations as they had been during the Quit India movement of 1942 ).

October 25 Despite orders to hold on the Japanese imperial army in the city of Hong Kong surrenders as the are now being attack from four sides and much heavily sins the fall of Macau 18 days before and with this the combined Chinese forces now can focus their attention despite rivalry between the Chinese nationalist and communist towards the siege of Hainan island ( like Macau the city of Hong Kong is flatted over the course of the 10 months siege and bombing raids it suffered and of the 200,000 citizens still in the city many of them are sick , dying , wounded ore starving ).

October 26 One day after the surrendering of Hong Kong to the combined Chinese forces a provisional government is sent up by several surviving members of the pre invasion colonial government of Hong Kong in order to prevent either the Chinese nationalist ore communist from taking the city as their one and to reestablish British control over the territory. Demonstrations across British India continuo as in city’s like Bombay, Karachi , Calcutta , Ahmedabad, Madras , Trichinopoly , Kanpur , Madurai and Assam people go to the street demanding the British grant India here independence.

October 30 The British cruisers HMS Blake and HMS Uganda enter the harbor of Hong Kong and for the first time in vive years the union jack fly’s over the colony again as the two cruisers escort ships filled with things needed to help the people of the city , latter in the day Admiral Cecil Harcourt announced that he would lead the provisional military government of Hong Kong replacing the provisional government set up four days before and requesting that the combined Chinese forces who where camp in the ruined city to leave as in the four days of being there had rampage true the ruins , begun fighting between themselves after many got drunk after celebration another victory over the Japanese.
