September 17 Wile the Soviets are battling on the island of Shumushu island , elements of the Soviet 87th rifle corps and navy elements begin invading Shimushiro island , Kunashir, Shikotan and five smaller islands Sibotzu, Taraku-Shima, Uri-Shima, Akiuri, and Suiseto , all of them belonging to the Kuril islands.

July 17 A 22 kiloton A-bomb is dropped by a USAAF B-29 bomber on the Japanese Rabaul fortress after many attempts to destroy the Rabaul fortress whit heavy bombardments both by air and sea have failed , the drop proves disastrous for the Japanese defenders and thousands are buried alive ore will die from radiation in the upcoming weeks ( the B-29 bomber took of from a RAAF airbase in Australia ).

July 18 Fearing that the ship Exodus 1947 is about to be boarded by the staidly closing cruiser HMS Ajax its captain sends a messages of help , this message is intercepted by the Italian cruiser RN Eugenio di Savoia who is also still following Exodus 1947 , the captain of RN Eugenio di Savoia immediately contacts Rome for orders , only two hours later prime minister Mussolini decides that the ship is to be escorted to the Italian island of Rhodes , after getting his new orders the captain orders the RN Eugenio di Savoia and its destroyer escorts to move along side the Exodus 1947 as the head towards Rhodes island.

July 19 Escorted by RN Eugenio di Savoia the ship Exodus 1947 arrives in the port of Rhodes , after disembarking the 4,500 people are brought to a camp which was set up in hast by the Italian royal army outside the city of Rhodes.

July 22 Portuguese destroyer NRP Dão after having received repairs in the Portuguese colony of Macau arrives in Lisbon naval base two months after it was hit by a torpedo from a Japanese submarine which killed 17 of its crew , its replacement and sister ship NRP Lima is already patrolling out of the Portuguese colony of Macau.

July 27 More then 37,583 Americans, English, Australians, Netherlands and New Zealanders held in POW camps in the empire of Japan are informed that from now on 3,000 of them will be executed each time a A-bomb is used against the empire of Japan ( the 3,000 figure is a increase over the previous 500 who where killed each time a A-bomb was dropped on a Japanese city ).
Prime minister Mussolini allows the international media to speak whit the refuge leaders in the refugee camp who made it clear to the delegation from the United Nations special committee on Palestine that the would rejecting any alternative destinations except Palestine.

July 28 The US launches operation blast fortress as a US navy force made op of 14 aircraft carriers , 6 battleships, 12 heavy and light cruisers , 33 destroyers conducts a six hour shelling of the Rabaul fortress , after the shelling is over the US 3rd marine division begins its assault against the fortress , from the other side the 9th division of the Australian army which was already holding the Rabaul line begins its assault supported by its artillery ( the Rabaul line was a line held by the Australian and Americans surrounding the Japanese held Rabaul fortress and which main goal was from the Japanese braking out and supplies getting in ).

July 29 The Dutch prime minister informs his ministers , that a plan is to be made in which Indonesia is to be given its freedom before 1951 and the separation of Netherlands of New Guinea are to put down , he also informs them that many friendly governments are beginning to put pressure for the Netherlands to give Indonesia its independence ( the friendly governments who are putting up pressures are Australia , United States of America and the United Kingdom ).

June 14 After spending four days in the kingdom of Romania king Umberto II leaves to visit occupied Turkey and the city of Istanbul which is held by the 1st central alliance army group. June 15 The Portuguese government orders 20 military officers accused of sympathy towards the central alliance to resign their functions.

June 17 In the independent republic of Serbia near the border of the kingdom of Croatia 10 Fa 223 transport helicopters unload 60 soldiers belonging to the German imperial army special forces 2nd recon commando company who immediately begin searching a town where a informant has hinted that the still free Marshall Tito is hiding , after the landing the soldiers of the 2nd recon commando company begin their house and house search and find Tito hiding in a shed together whit two bodyguards where he was resting as he is force to move to town to town in order to prevent capture , in the fire fight that erupts Tito bodyguards are killed and he is wounded in the shoulder , fearing that the town will try to fight the 2nd recon commando company and try to free Tito a message is sent to a near by waiting joint Serbian-German taskforce which immediately begins moving towards the town in order to secure it and to provide a escort for Tito who will be brought to Belgrade capitol of the independent republic of Serbia.

June 18 Marshall Tito arrives in Belgrade guarded by German imperial army and Serbian home defense guard soldiers and is brought to a military barrack used by the German imperial army as the German imperial defense and security office has received information that sympathizers in the Serbian government and Serbian state guard might try to free him ( the capture of Marshall Tito is biggest blow to the partisan movement operating in former Yugoslavia sins the began their fight ).

June 22 In Batavia capitol of the Netherlands East Indies a number of bombs exploded killing 43 people , the bombing by the free Indonesian movement happened a day after the news came in that Dutch , Australian and Indian forces had taken control of the last city on the island of Celebes held by the Republik Indonesia Timur ( the fall of Celebes has ended the Republik Indonesia Timur as a major force in the Netherlands East Indies leaving the free Indonesian movement as the only major movement fighting for a independent Indonesia ).

June 28 Serbian minister of justice announces that Marshall Tito will appear before a military tribunal in Belgrade.
