Juni 2 the free French Provence and the cruiser Lamotte-Piquet who where after the battle of French Indochina moved to Australia are ordered to go to Vichy French Madagascar and to wait for a British/free French taskforce of taking the island ( the Provence was damage in the battle of French Indochina but that has bin fix ). The RAF' launches it's second 1,000 bomber and hits Essen, but due to the haze over the city, the results are minima but the RAF losses are high and more then 230 aircraft are lose du to German radar and aa and a large number of Luftwaffe planes , Churchill orders further raids on this scale to be halted and only to be resume when a the problem is fix ( the Germans have increase their aa and have much more radar protection to cover their territory and therefore the where amble to destroy over 20 procent of the British bomber force).

June 3 Vichy France after receiving their fourth wf 190 squadron, the Vichy now have a force to protect them from the allies the also have the D.520 in full production sins 1941 with a total order of 240 to be used wit the 12 wf 190 squadrons as their air force ( the D.520 was a plan being build by the Vichy in otl as for now the have a total of 160 of the to be produce 240 with the Vichy build plane station in Vichy and the wf 190 Vichy squadrons are based in Sardinia and Italy helping defending Italy under German command).

June 4 Advance units of 4th Panzer Army cross the Aksay river in their drive toward Stalingrad. Juni 10 the 6th Army crosses the Don and reaches the outskirts of Stalingrad.

June 11 after two days of negation the governor of Vichy Madagascar switich side allowing the taskforce to forces land at Diego Suarez and Antsirene on Madagascar ( the two days negation where started early a month ago when the fear of a Japanese takeover was high but with the task force out the coast and a reminder from the free French negotiators what happen in Syria two years ago was good in of for the governor and commander of the forces on Madagascar to switch side). Juni 14 Air Marshal Harris believes a third 1.000 bomber raid will succeed and orders the city of Bremen to be hit at July 12. The first axis attacks are made against the 'Harpoon' and 'Vigorous' convoys. 'Harpoon' loses tree freighter and receives damage to a cruiser from an axis air attack off the Tunisian coast. Harpoons' escorting aircraft carriers turn back at this point. In the late afternoon, the 'Vigorous' convoy passes out of air cover range and promptly losses four freighters to axis air attacks.

Juni 15 An Italian naval squadron intercepts the 'Harpoon' convoy and disables two British destroyers and sinks one as well as damaging the anti-aircraft cruiser HMS Cairo, although the the Italians lose a destroyer in the process. Axis aircraft then attacked and sink tree freighters the tanker Kentucky and 2 destroyers. Another Italian naval squadron had sailed from Taranto to intercept Vigorous convoy which reversed course in the face of this threat. While it was doing this a German E-boats moved in and sank a destroyer and damaged a cruiser with its torpedo's. In the meantime the Vigorous convoy turned towards Malta again but further reports of the Italian naval squadron steaming south, forced another course reversal. German Stukas attacked the convoy at this point and damaged a cruiser and sank one destroyer. The Italian naval squadron now moved north removing the threat to the Vigorous' convoy but the amiral commanding the Vigorous convoy decided that he did not have enough ammunition left to resume his course to Malta and so continued back to Alexandria during which german u-boat sank the cruiser HMS Hermione south of Crete and Stukas sank another destroyer. However, as consolation, British aircraft did manage to torpedo the Italian Battleship Littorio, which will spend the next two months under repair in drydock.

June 19 General Paulus's 6th Army and Hoth's 4th Panzer Army begin their attack to take Stalingrad. Churchill and Roosevelt meet to discuss the number of conflicting offensive plans which might be launched against Germany in 1943, The main ones are 'iron strike, a 24-hour cross Atlantic raid on trondelheim. And Jupiter' which called for a lodgement in northern Norway. Japanese invasion fleet leaves Rabaul for Buna, New Guinea two days latter the land un apposed at Buna .

June 25 General Dwight D. Eisenhower is appointed to command US forces in the European Theatre. The 4th Panzer Army breaks off attacks south of Stalingrad, a state of siege is declared in Stalingrad.

June 26 The Russians announce that their offensive along the Moscow front has pushed the Germans back 7 miles in a night (while it is thru the Zhukov army manage to push the German group centre away for 7 miles Zhukov also knows by now that the German are getting fresh reinforcements and he is also getting new to but most of the new fresh army divisions are being sent to Stalingrad for its defence).

June 28 Germans break through South west of Stalingrad but are held to the north by fresh soviet forces.

Juni 30 Japanese capture crucial islands en-route to New Guinea. July 1 General Montgomery ( who has transfer from Grete to take the command of the South-Eastern Army) informs General Paget, C-in-C of British Home Forces that operation 'iron strike' would be mounted on the July 7.

July 3 The Germans now attempted to break into Stalingrad from the west July 5 Admiral René-Emile Godfroy becomes commander of the free French navy in the Indian Ocean with under his command are Two armed merchant cruisers, Two sloops, Five submarines, 1 battleship the Provence who now is his flagship and the cruiser Lamotte-Piquet and 2 destroyers formally based in the free French port of oran. July 6 Heavy house-to-house fighting continues in the centre of Stalingrad.

July 7 some 8,100 British ,Norrish and Canadian troops conduct a raid-in-force against the port of trondelheim, which ends in disaster. In less than 10 hours of battle, the British, Norrish and Canadian forces lose 1,680 KIA, 1,880 wounded, 2,000 are made prisoner. The RAF loses 53 aircraft and the Royal Navy lose a destroyer. Germans loses are 445 dead or missing and 368 wounded, with total Luftwaffe losses being just 21 aircraft. July 8 Axis bombers carry out raids on the harbour facilities at Valetta in Malta.

The raid caused minimal damage to the Focke-Wulf plant and only devastated 17 acres of the inner city. The RAF losses are again high with more the 249 aircraft, a high proportion of them being manned by trainee crews after this Churchill orders further raids on this scale to be halted until the US army air force can take part and the German radars have bin neutralises.

July 13 6th Army and the 4th Panzer Army begins their effort to take Stalingrad.

July 14 Counter-attacks by the Soviet 62nd Army in Stalingrad fails as the 6th Army and 4th Panzer Army renew thier attack against Stalingrad. The Soviet 62nd Army is hemmed into a narrow strip of land no more than 10 miles at its widest and 4 miles as its narrowest. July 15 Fierce fighting between German and Soviet forces erupts for possession of Mamayev Kurgan, the strategic hill overlooking Stalingrad.

July 24 The Russians cross the Volga to the North west of Moscow and recapture 12 villages even if the german group centre is slowing the advance of the Zhukov army. July 26 four thousand Japanese land South East of Port Moresby and advance ( the battle fore Guadalcanal is not going to happened with the japans focus all of their efforts on new guinea instead). July 30 The 6th Army continues to push the decimated Soviet 62nd Army back toward the soviet city of vollzkij outside stalingrad but with heavy losses to both sides.

Augustus 8 US Marines take Henderson Airfield on Solomon Islands to prepare it for bombing missions against Japanese in new guinea while on the naval side around the Solomon Islands a Japanese naval counter-attack is beaten off.

Augustus 9 the Battle of Savo Island begins as 7 Japanese cruisers and a destroyer approach undetected west of Savo Island, Solomon Islands and sinks the tree heavy US cruisers and one Australian cruiser, They also damage 1 cruiser and 2 destroyers. The allied ships depart leaving the Guadalcanal area is in the control of the Japanese forces. Augustus 10 a British convoy with 14 merchants, 2 battleships, 3 aircraft-carriers, 14 destroyers and 3 anti-aircraft cruisers which had left Britain on the August 2 en-route to Malta, reaches the Straits of Gibraltar, where it is reinforced with 3 heavy cruisers the Manchester, Nigeria, and Kenya and 11 more destroyers. For a time, the aircraft-carrier HMS Furious joins the convoy with a complement of 38 Supermarine Spitfires which are to be flown off towards the embattled island. October 29 the Australians army units complete their evacuation of the Templeton Crossing positions in New Guinea. November 2 Port Moresby is taken by japans, last Australians army units evacuates New Guinea giving Japan total control over the island ( the Japanese got the island of new guinea and the Dutch side of it using forces that where originally intended for the invasion of Sumatra and java).

November 7 the Soviet 57th Army joins Zhukov 64 soviet army with new fresh troops he can begin the encirclement of the German 6th army ad the beginning of 1943 hoping that the winter will weaken the Germans in Stalingrad.

November 17 the first 12 b-25 Mitchells of a total batch of 120 arrive in java to be used by the royal Dutch indie air force against Japanese in Borneo with only the US having b-17 bombers based on java this will give the Dutch also a striking power to hit the Japanese.

November 19 Two RAF gliders carrying 34 British Royal Engineer Commandos, crashes in Norway en route to their mission of destroying the German plant in Telemark. December 3 with Japan now holding the new guinea the Australians and us commanders begin to plan a invasion of the island in order to stop the Japanese air attacks against northern Australia while the raaf and us army air forces are battling the Japanese the nowe to really stop the attacks the have to capture the island the recapture is to begin on December 27 in the mean time Australian Lancaster’s and American b-17 begin a massive bombing campaign against the japans on the island.

December 7 on the one year anniversary of the attack on Pearl harbor the US Navy launches the Battleship New Jersey and 21 other ships ( because there where only 5 Japanese carriers involved in the attack the damage to several ships was lighter and therefore more ships could become operation again). The Japanese air force station in new guinea and in new Britain begin a bombing offensive against US shipping in the Solomon's. December 11 in one week the Royal Navy lose the destroyers Pentlan, Porcupine and Blean, off Malta the were escorting convoys to the Malta ( even du the fact the Luftwaffe has sent some fighter planes toward France the Italian air force is becoming much better in protecting the German bombers and stuksa who attack these convoys).
